Return and Refund Policy for Coconut Shell Candle
At COCO Lit, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your coconut shell candle purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.
Returns:
- Eligibility: You have 28 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds:
- Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
- Non-Refundable Items: Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges:
- Damaged or Defective Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your candle for the same item, contact us at Cocolit.candles@outlook.com
Exceptions:
- Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.
- Customised Products: Customised or personalised items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
